The electronic turbine flow meters from the full stainless steel body series, featuring PVDF impellers and ceramic supports with high wear resistance, are self-powered, battery-operated, and resettable devices. They are measuring instruments with a high standard of quality and precision, manufactured with a fully stainless steel body and GAS-type threaded connections. They are mainly recommended for low-viscosity liquids, achieving excellent performance at nominal flow rates thanks to the optimal efficiency of the axial turbine.
They are easy to install into pumping systems and are equipped with a digital LCD display for fast and easy real-time data reading by the operator. A minimum operating life of 1000 hours is guaranteed due to the high autonomy of the dual 1.5V AA batteries, which are widely available on the market.
The robust body containing the reading device, together with the stainless steel housing enclosing the mechanism, allows these instruments to comply with IP65 protection standards. Calibration is simple and performed by adjusting the constant value known as the K factor.
After each measurement, the total can be reset to zero for easy reading of different operations. The device also includes an instantaneous flow rate measurement function, allowing simple and intuitive switching to verify the pump flow rate in real time, expressed in l/min.
Recommended applications: water, wine, liquids with similar viscosity characteristics, special calibrations for olive oil at 15° or 20°, and chemical liquids.
