The electronic turbine flow meters from the PVC housing series are self-powered devices equipped with long-life batteries and resettable functions. They are measuring instruments with a high standard of quality and precision, manufactured with a completely non-toxic PVC body and fusible threaded GAS-type connections. They are mainly recommended for low-viscosity liquids, achieving excellent performance at nominal flow rates thanks to the optimal efficiency of the axial turbine.
They are equipped with a digital LCD display for quick and easy real-time data reading by the operator. A minimum operating life of 1000 hours is guaranteed due to the high autonomy of the dual 1.5V AA batteries, which are widely available on the market.
The robust body is made of non-toxic PVC, while the mechanism is enclosed in a stainless steel housing, allowing these devices to comply with IP65 protection standards. Calibration is simple and can be performed by adjusting the constant value called the K factor.
After each measurement, the total can be reset to zero for easy reading of different operations. The device also includes an instantaneous flow measurement function, allowing quick and intuitive switching to verify the pump flow rate in real time, expressed in l/min.
Recommended applications: water, wine, and liquids with similar viscosity characteristics.
