Features
- The closed AISI 304 stainless steel tank allows not only normal pressing operations, but also inert gas maceration, maceration with or without oxygenation, carbonic maceration for young wines, and cold maceration for white wines.
- The central elastic membrane made of non-toxic food-grade rubber, combined with the closed tank, allows the entire circumference to be used as a drainage surface, significantly reducing pressing times. This combination is PATENTED.
- Working pressures up to 1.2 atmospheres — much lower than those used in diametrical membrane presses — improve the quality of the extracted must.
- The AISI 304 stainless steel drainage elements, positioned at 360° inside the tank rather than only on a semi-circumference, can be easily opened for inspection, greatly simplifying cleaning operations.
- Automatic washing system for the internal side of the drainage elements with opening function – PATENTED system.
- Variable configuration during processing phases ensures maximum performance at every stage of the working cycle while reducing pressing times – PATENTED system.
- Loading, unloading, and pressing phases are carried out with the press inclined toward the must collection tank to accelerate juice flow and optimize loading, eliminating the need for double or triple doors and minimizing the rotations required for proper load distribution.
- Pressure acquisition phases guarantee perfect annular distribution of the pressing material across the entire tank circumference, ensuring continuous use of the full available drainage surface.
- Pneumatic side-opening door for loading and unloading, positioned laterally instead of centrally on the cylinder. This solution, combined with the variable press configuration, eliminates the need for double doors even when processing whole grapes.
- Sliding AISI 304 stainless steel must collection tank with quick coupling and release system, automatic leveling kit equipped with a must extraction pump with thermal protection from 1.5 to 1.87 kW, and the possibility to choose the pump installation side.
- Internal collector connecting the drainage elements to allow must extraction in all positions assumed by the press during the automatic pressing cycle.
- Drainage elements equipped individually with DIN fittings for must discharge, allowing maceration directly inside the press.
- Side must collection gutters anchored to the frame with a quick coupling system, perfectly connected to the discharge outlets to prevent splashing. Fully removable with a simple movement for easier cleaning.
- Quick connection for gas injection, allowing gas to be introduced into the tank before, during, or after loading, even while the machine is rotating.
- AISI 304 stainless steel axial loading valve with Garolla 120 outlet to reduce friction on the product.
- Built-in air compressor, self-braking gear motor, pinion, crown gear, and chain drive for tank rotation.
- Control panel with six CE-compliant preset programs, easy and intuitive to use, with the possibility of using an electronic keyboard to enter all variables required by the user.
- Presses with perforated tanks are also available. Models range from DHEA 12 to DHEA 150.
